Synopsis
Suite à la défection forcée de la cantatrice principale, la jeune chanteuse Betty accepte le rôle de Lady Macbeth dans l’opéra de Verdi, malgré la réputation de malchance véhiculé par ce rôle. Elle se retrouve vite la proie d’un mystérieux fan psychopathe avec lequel elle semble avoir un lien.
