Patricio Salcedo, kiosquier anarchiste du quartier Crimée à Paris, arbore fièrement drapeaux noirs, journaux libres et slogans en vitrine. Chaque jour, presse écrite, clients et habitués vont, viennent et ramènent des fragments chaotiques du monde extérieur. Le kiosque est un îlot poussé par le passé, entraîné vers le futur, bercé de rêves et d’illusions. Habitons ce tout petit pays.
